Create a headquarters for a well known and regarded entertainment company that reflects the company's approach to defining and shaping the way we attend live events.
Just as a venue is where a live event comes to life, the concept for this headquarters is to showcase where innovation is sparked.

DESIGN
A bronze bar for coffee and cocktails at fifty-five feet in length.
The ground floor lobby acts as a space for guests to mingle, colleagues to grab a drink, and popular artists to perform live events.
DESIGN
Workplace as a Host: Five floors of workspace to meet, gather, and innovate.
In addition to traditional office desks, the headquarters includes hoteling, locker rooms, a library, a UX incubator, team 'war rooms' and board room.
